Let’s see how can you start to use it, ensure there is no water in the water pan and it’s in place. Set smoker temperature to 275°F and allow the unit to run for 3 hrs. During the last 45 minutes, add a half cup of wood chips in the wood chip loader and with this, you complete the pre-seasoning process. Power off the smoker and allow it to cool completely.

To clean your smoker, use half portion of hot water and half portion of apple cider vinegar in a spray bottle and shake it well before using. Use a soft sponge. It is very important not to use harsh chemicals to clean your smoker.
